New Report Reiterates the Call for the Enactment of the Prevention of Torture Bill 2010.Torture in India 2011, the latest report in a series started in 2008 by the Asian Center for Human Rights, has reported 14,231 custodial deaths in India during 2001-2010. The Report comes in the wake of yet another instance of the Government stalling the enactment of the Prevention of Torture Bill 2010 .
